[…] So I often get asked at the first appointment, you know, is this a high risk pregnancy? And I say to my patients, look, it's very semantic, to be honest, to describe something as high risk. But when I look at you, you have no other risk factors. And I think we can manage your pregnancy without overcomplicating things. Yeah, I would fully endorse that. I think that a lot of the very big studies have the weakness that they look at IVF as the common factor in a very diverse population of patients. And IVF is really an amazing technology that helps us in so many different contexts. So, for example, if I had a patient and she was relatively young and the reason for IVF was a severe sperm problem and she conceived easily and quickly once we were able to use ICSI to overcome that and she was carrying one baby, I wouldn't necessarily consider that a high-risk pregnancy at all.
