<p> </p><h4 class="editorTextLevel2">Descriptif de l'épisode</h4><p><br><strong><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/martine-volle-5595b127/" rel="external nofollow" target="_blank">Martine Volle</a></strong> et <strong><a href="http://www.linkedin.com/in/val%C3%A9rie-baudoin" rel="external nofollow" target="_blank">Valérie Baudoin</a></strong> associent toutes deux leurs réflexions et analyses sur la supervision à distance. <br><br><strong>La supervision à distance n’est pas une supervision dégradée</strong><br>Dès l’ouverture de l’épisode, une idée forte s’impose : le distanciel ne constitue ni un appauvrissement ni une concession méthodologique. Il introduit une autre condition de présence. La finalité de la supervision demeure inchangée : permettre au professionnel de prendre du recul, de se décontaminer du champ et de retrouver une capacité de discernement. Ce qui évolue, ce sont les modalités du contact, non l’intention ni la posture.</p><p><strong>La posture comme invariant fondamental</strong><br>L’épisode insiste avec rigueur sur un point cardinal : la posture du superviseur ne relève ni de l’outil ni de la méthode. Elle est une position intérieure, un choix éthique, une manière d’être en relation. En distanciel comme en présentiel, le superviseur ne vise pas la solution mais l’élaboration. Cette posture s’acquiert par l’éprouvé, le temps et la réflexivité, et le distanciel agit ici comme un révélateur de maturité professionnelle.</p><p><strong>Le cadre comme contenant structurant du processus</strong><br>À distance, le cadre devient le principal support du travail. Tout ce qui peut rester implicite en présentiel doit être nommé : règles de présence, confidentialité, temporalité, disponibilité psychique et matérielle. Le cadre n’est pas une contrainte formelle mais une structure de sécurité qui rend possible la prise de risque réflexive. Le distanciel oblige à cette explicitation et renforce la responsabilité du superviseur dans la tenue du cadre.</p><p><strong>Le corps comme boussole et caisse de résonance</strong><br>Contrairement à une idée reçue, le corps n’est pas absent en distanciel. Il est déplacé. Le superviseur travaille à partir de son cadre interne, de ses résonances corporelles et émotionnelles. L’écoute devient plus fine, plus attentive aux rythmes, aux silences, aux ruptures. Le silence, moins habillé par le non-verbal, peut devenir un espace de prises de conscience profondes, à condition d’être tenu.</p><p><strong>Le distanciel comme terrain d’apprentissage de la posture</strong><br>L’épisode montre comment la supervision en ligne constitue un véritable laboratoire de posture. Elle développe la tolérance à l’incertitude, la capacité à ralentir, à réguler sans contrôler, et à faire avec ce qui émerge. En formation, le distanciel intensifie la présence, la co-responsabilité et l’attention au processus groupal. Il oblige le superviseur à une vigilance accrue sur ses propres mouvements internes.</p><p><strong>Vigilances éthiques et discernement professionnel</strong><br>Le distanciel ne doit ni être idéalisé ni diabolisé. Certaines situations nécessitent une présence physique, notamment lorsque la sécurité psychique est fragilisée ou que les enjeux émotionnels sont trop intenses. L’épisode ouvre aussi une réflexion contemporaine sur l’usage de l’IA, l’enregistrement des séances et la confidentialité, rappelant que la supervision se joue dans l’ici-et-maintenant du corps et de la relation, non dans l’accumulation de traces.</p><p><strong>Distance, distanciation et lien vivant</strong><br>Une distinction essentielle traverse l’épisode : la distance physique ne doit pas être confondue avec la distanciation psychique. La supervision vise cette fonction de tiers, cette capacité à s’écarter sans rompre le lien. Épisode n°11 : Les ressources et l'identité du superviseur
<h4 class="editorTextLevel2">Descriptif de l'épisode</h4><p><strong>La cité radieuse : une métaphore pour la supervision</strong><br>Martine ouvre cet épisode par une œuvre musicale et architecturale, La Cité Radieuse, qui illustre son propos : la supervision comme un espace lumineux, porteur d’utopie et de clarté progressive. Comme un immeuble conçu pour faire « bien vivre », la supervision devient un lieu de ressources où chaque professionnel peut habiter, se soutenir et se transformer.</p><p><strong>Entre idéal, espérance et utopie</strong><br>La supervision est portée par une flamme d’espérance. Martine insiste sur la différence entre le « mieux », confortable mais limité, et le « meilleur », qui élève vers quelque chose de plus grand que soi. Loin des illusions, la supervision transmet une vision : entretenir la conviction et la joie d’exercer un métier exigeant tout en restant aligné avec ses valeurs profondes.</p><p><strong>Les trois batteries du superviseur</strong><br>Pour Martine, les ressources s’articulent autour de trois dimensions : la batterie du corps, qui s’appuie sur l’endurance et l’ancrage physique ; la batterie mentale, nourrie par la réflexivité et la confiance dans le chemin ; et la batterie émotionnelle, ouverte à l’amour inconditionnel et à l’accueil. Ces énergies conjuguées permettent d’écouter, de s’écouter, et d’agir avec discernement.</p><p><strong>L’identité façonnée par la pratique et les pairs</strong><br>Le superviseur ne se construit pas seulement par la théorie : c’est la pratique qui forge le geste. Martine revient sur son parcours, du coaching d’organisation à la supervision, en soulignant l’importance d’avoir des espaces de pairs (associations, intervision, PSF) pour formaliser, partager et se ressourcer. L’identité se tisse dans ce dialogue continu entre expérience, pratique et appartenance à une communauté professionnelle.</p><p><strong>La formation : un passage transformateur</strong><br>IDSUP propose un parcours de 150 heures qui dépasse l’acquisition de compétences techniques. Martine décrit ce processus comme un « entre-deux identitaire » : entrer avec une identité de coach ou d’accompagnant, et sortir transformé en superviseur. Les dispositifs pratiques (stages, GAP, certification, intervisions) constituent des filets de sécurité qui permettent de plonger dans l’expérience et de bâtir une posture solide.</p><p><strong>La supervision de superviseurs : complexité et holding</strong><br>Superviser des superviseurs exige un niveau supplémentaire de vigilance. Martine parle d’un geste subtil, qui s’apparente au holding décrit par Winnicott : soutenir sans porter, comme dans le tableau de Léonard de Vinci où Marie accompagne l’enfant pour qu’il marche seul. La supervision devient alors un espace où l’on soutient l’élan vital, sans jamais se substituer à l’autre.</p><p><strong>Ressourcement et créativité : des ailes pour voler</strong><br>Les ressources dépassent le champ professionnel : marcher, contempler, dessiner, lire des philosophes, nourrir sa curiosité sociale et artistique… Pour Martine, ces pratiques élargissent le regard et empêchent l’enfermement. La vulnérabilité, loin d’être une faiblesse, devient une ressource créative, à condition de l’accueillir et de la transformer.</p><p><strong>L’entre-deux : un espace identitaire et créatif</strong><br>L’aquarelle choisie pour illustrer l’épisode, L’Entre-deux, incarne cet état de suspension fragile, où l’on n’est ni d’un côté ni de l’autre. Martine y voit un espace de tension féconde, constitutif de l’identité du superviseur : un passage, une respiration, une ouverture.
