<p>In dieser Folge unseres Indonesien-Podcasts widmen wir uns einem sehr persönlichen Thema: Schwangerschaft und Geburt in Indonesien. Das Thema war ein Wunsch aus derCommunity – und Katha teilt gerne ihre Erfahrungen von ihrer Schwangerschaft und der Geburt ihres Sohnes auf Bali.</p><p>Wir sprechen über Vorsorgeuntersuchungen, Unterschiede zu Deutschland und die vielen Optionen, die es in Indonesien gibt – von der privaten Hebamme über den Arzt bis hin zu Geburtshäusern. Außerdem erklärt Katha, welche Besonderheiten du bei Kosten, Versicherung und Organisation beachten solltest. </p><p>Ein wichtiges Thema, das wir ebenfalls ansprechen, ist der hohe Anteil an Kaiserschnitten in Indonesien. Wir besprechen, wie du dich vorbereiten kannst, wenn du eine natürliche Geburt haben willst.
