La propriocezione è la nostra percezione che abbiamo di noi stessi all'interno dello spazio.<br /><br />Nel libro "Uno, nessuno, centomila" Pirandello fa un viaggio introspettivo nella percezione che abbiamo di noi stessi.<br /><br />Al pari di un viaggio attraverso il nostro io, con il Gyrotonic miglioriamo la propriocezione. <br /><br />Noi nello spazio e come ci muoviamo dentro di esso.<br /><br />Non è un aspetto secondario.<br /><br />È prioritario per noi per mioverci e la postura.
