Graceland, quaranta anys ... i un recorregut afric�
Avui parem atenci� al disc "Graceland", de Paul Simon, perqu� aquest 2026 es compleixen quaranta anys d'aquest projecte que, m�s enll� de guanyar un premi Grammy i de vendre una gran quantitat de c�pies, segurament va significar un abans i un despr�s en la carrera en solitari del cantautor nord-americ�. Paul Simon es va acostar musicalment a algunes zones de l'�frica i, per alguns, all� va respondre a una voluntat de fer visible l'entesa entre blancs i negres, en una �poca en qu� mig m�n cridava contra l'apartheid sud-afric�. Altres ho veien com el gest d'un artista que, des de la seva posici� privilegiada de blanc occidental, s'acostava a un continent castigat i ignorat... Sigui com sigui, i m�s enll� dels aspectes ideol�gics, "Graceland" va ser, i �s --o aix� ens ho sembla--, un gran �lbum!
