[…] I was a freshman All-American, ended up being All-American, broke a bunch of records as a freshman, and then in pros, a bowl year that I had in Philly. So I would say the thing that I kind of honed in on was my sleep and, of course, nutrition and all that other stuff and body maintenance, but being able to get proper sleep.
