This Podcast is a safe platform that explores deep meaningful conversations on holistic wellness. We cover topics on healing, wellbeing, intentional living, self-development/help and different self-care modalities accessible to the modern woman.
This is a space where women feel less alone while on their journey of getting to know themselves better and cultivate lives they desire for themselves. I share tools and resources that help women navigate their personal healing journeys and feel more empowered to live lives rooted in self-trust, self-love and understanding.
I'm your host Olerato.
What does being the first cost before there is an achievement to celebrate?
Inspired by a sermon from Sarah Jakes Roberts and a chapter in my book, I reflect on my own journey of being the first as I prepare to leave a career I have known for over a decade and make more room for meaningful work.
In this episode, I explore the loneliness, pressure, and learning that come with unfamiliar paths, alongside the gift of discovering what is possible. A conversation about navigating life transitions, receiving support, and giving ourselves grace as we begin again.

Choosing without Knowing
What if the decision you're stuck on doesn't need to be fully understood before you make it? In this episode of Living Content, I explores the wish for certainty the very human desire to know how a choice will turn out before we commit to it and offers a gentler way forward: sometimes we only understand a decision after we've lived it.
This conversation is for anyone facing a big decision, sitting with multiple options, or feeling stuck between what they know and what they wish they knew. I shares personal reflections on decision-making, faith, self-trust, and what it means to move forward without having every answer in hand.
In this episode, you'll explore:
Why waiting for certainty can become a way of avoiding a decision
How to tell the difference between wise patience and fear disguised as preparation
What it means to find meaning in a choice after the fact, not before
How faith and trust can hold space for uncertainty without demanding answers
Journaling prompts to help you sit with your own decision with more clarity
Whether you're weighing a career move, a relationship, a creative risk, or an internal shift, this episode offers permission to take the next step without needing to see the whole path.

You are allowed to outgrow what once saved You
In this episode of Living Content, I explore the guilt of outgrowing a job, relationship, friendship, identity or season that once carried me. I reflect on why moving forward does not make us ungrateful, how we can recognise when an answered prayer has completed its purpose, and what it means to leave well without dishonouring where we have been.
This is an honest conversation about personal growth, faith, identity, difficult life transitions and trusting God when the next chapter is not yet fully visible.
You are allowed to appreciate what once saved you and still give yourself permission to outgrow it.
I also take a moment to acknowledge Suicide Prevention Month. If you are struggling, please speak to someone you trust or contact a mental-health professional or crisis-support service in your country.
