On this episode, we dive into the reality TV show 'The Circle' and how a seemingly silly show presents some pretty big life questions. Does learning someone isn't who they say they are change the entire experience for us? Does that negate our experience and feelings? Catfish aside... do we ever really "know" someone and does that even matter? If we are consciously or unconsciously committed to having a great time or a bad time can we create that on our own regardless of the outside circumstances? Doesn't that just cook your noodle?! On this episode we are lounging and chatting all things FOOD, one of my favorite topics! First of all, I'm obsessed with @JakeCohen and all his creative goodness and how sometimes making something slowly over time is the perfect mental break that ends with something delicious too, double win! We talk about trying to find healthy recipes and how Instagram is actually pretty good for that if... you know where to look. Plus I share my (semi-lame semi-cool) hack for saving recipes in the 21st century. Then we jump to Tenley Leopold from Bachelor nation and how she's so stinking cute and her recipe ideas are actually healthy, delicious and filling. I even got "influenced" into buying something she promotes and they were delicious. We wrap up by sharing about @thechutneylife, and how I found delicious instantpot recipes on her feed. Enjoy!
