<p>You’ve heard of ‘love & light’. It’s often said in the context of ‘I’m sending you love and light’ usually done when a person is going through a hard time. People mean well when they say this. They truly believe that sending positive vibes will be enough to help people in their time of need. I’m not one of those people. I’m all about love and fight. What does that mean exactly? It means being enthusiastic about the things you love and that bring you joy while also fighting against injustices or fighting for what you believe in. That’s what this podcast is about. The things I love and the things I’m fighting for. I don’t sugar-coat. There’s a time and place for hope and positivity but alongside that needs to be action and conversation. </p> <p>My name is Olga and I’m a writer, poet and zine maker. I am passionate about mental health, social justice, feminism which I see through my own identity. I’m a cis white woman. I’m also an immigrant, a trauma survivor and someone with several health conditions. Come on this journey with me to create conscious digital community.
