As I continue on my journey, I am really trying to understand what I am feeling and why I needed to go through it. I believe that there were some lessons I obviously needed to learn and in this episode, I share some of them. This episode was difficult to record but I really felt called to continue to share my journey with you. If you are experiencing any signs of abuse, seek help and find support. If I didn't have the support around me, an outlet to escape to and counselling, my wounds would likely be deeper and I definitely wouldn't be where I am today. www.michellegallant.ca

<p>Kurt and I got married last week!</p> <p>There was nothing traditional about it - and it was perfect. I was happy, anxious and a little nervous, for all the right reasons. </p> <p>In this episode I share my thoughts on the morning of the wedding. Since we both have been married before, we wanted to do things different than before, because we were different. It was just us and we got to spend the day how we wanted to. <p>This episode was recorded from my bed. </p> <p>I wanted to share the journey and how not to focus on the end goal but rather, focus on the work its going to take to get there. Sometimes it looks like I woke up to my dream life but if you've been paying attention, thats not true at all. I didn't just swipe left one day and boom, I woke up in a castle with the love of my life. It looks that way, and feels that way but you are ignoring the journey that it took and is still taking to make this life happen. </p> <p>In this episode I discuss the importance of focus on your growth and development to create the life you want.
