Podcast Overview

Love•Well is a wellness podcast hosted by Megan Samantha; a place where people can come and be poured into - like a well. In the pod, Meg comes to share the knowledge from her own journey and Functional Nutrition schooling, and invites others to join in on learning how to love ourselves well (in body, mind, and soul) so we can in turn, learn to love others well.

Manifestation series: Becoming a vibrational match

Welcome back to The Love Well. After a long hiatus, we return with episode 2 in our manifestation series with Krizia Dalmacio.

In our first episode we covered how manifestation can also be referred to as creating or co-creating your life. It is something we are always participating in, whether you subscribe to spirituality, christianity, or not.

We also talked about how manifestation is really about self-love and creating the true acceptance of “worthiness” within you.

Today we get deeper into manifestation, and the not often talked about concept of “accountability” in it. We discuss how to actively reflect upon the energy that we put out into the world by looking at themes in our lives. We also get deeper into the 4 steps of manifesting and what that looks like in a real life application so that we can become a vibrational match to what we want to call in.

Krizia Dalmacio IG: https://www.instagram.com/amarrawellness/

Megan Samantha IG: https://www.instagram.com/megansamantha

Krizia's Mood Ritual workshop will be at Le Sol House in Dallas, Tx on Friday, 3/15/24.

It will include learning how to make a crystal grid (crystals will be provided), energetic cord cutting, reiki and sound healing. Manifestation series: a journey to spiritual awakening and what manifesting is really about with Krizia Dalmacio

What if we told you that manifestation is really about self-love? What if we also told you that manifesting is really just creating/co-creating your life, and that you're always doing it?

Today Love•Well presents you the first episode in a mini series on manifestation. We welcome Krizia Dalmacio, a UCSD nurse and Reiki Master, to share her journey on becoming spiritually awakened; following what we like to call "divine impulses" that eventually led her from becoming a healer of the physical body to a healer of the soul.

Whether you consider yourself spiritual, religious, agnostic, or even atheist, we discuss how manifesting is simply creating the life that you live in; and that's something we do day in/day out through the choices we make. When we come to understand that manifesting/creating your life is really about self-love, it becomes a conversation for everyone, because self-love is for everyone.

In today's episode we get into:

What Reiki is

Acknowledging the science of energy and its role in manifestation

The law of attraction and you

The different ways of talking about "manifestation" through dialect of a spiritual, Christian, and agnostic/atheist lens

How manifestation is really about self-love

Healing your inner child/becoming conscious of our programming

Manifestation 101 - simple steps to being an intentional creator

Today we get into the “why” of organic. There has been a longtime debate on whether eating organic food is actually healthier for you. In this episode we talk about:

The difference between organic and conventional food

What research has shown about non-organic foods and our body systems

Pesticides, heavy metals, and antibiotic resistance from farm to human

The difference between organic and conventional farming techniques

Regenerative agriculture, “organic on a mission”

How YOU can support regenerative farms in your everyday life - feat some of my favorite brands

Reflecting on an overly used phrase, “we’re all doing the best we can with what we have”
