23. Finding Your Own Voice
This one feels incredibly vulnerable to share. In this episode, we dive into finding your own voice, recognizing what is your voice versus the conditioning from our upbringing, society, culture, religion, relationships, etc. I talk about my own faith transition, how I experience my spirituality now and how exploring my own belief system has helped me find my voice. I have decided this will most likely be a two part series because while religion has been a huge voice in my own life, there are other voices that may cause us to quiet our own and they deserve to be talked about. Stay tuned for part two. I encourage comments, feedback, and questions. If this episode resonates, I’d love to hear from you. Leave a comment, send an email at sherrielovecoaching@gmail.com. 22. Reflection and Intention for the New Year
Taking the time to reflect on our intentions from the past year, lessons that we learned and how we can apply those lessons going forward with new intentions for the coming year. I talk about recognizing our self judgement and our shame points and shedding light into those spaces to show compassion to ourselves so that we can grow from those spaces from a place of love rather than resistance. Have you spent time reflecting on your past year? What lessons have you learned from your experiences this past year? How do you plan to integrate those lessons into your life this coming year? What intentions are you setting for the year? How do you want to feel and who do you want to be for 2024?
