Expectations in Love

My guest this week is my amazing friend and wanderlust Ana Patricia Castro.

Ana Patricia and I have had so many, many, many conversations about love and relationships over these last few years. Our first of which began as a normal conversation about the English language and in the middle of it, I proceeded to break down into tears literally.

Patricia simply said to me "Expectations". This began a life-changing conversation with principles I still use every day.

Ana Patricia has given me some of the best love advice ever.

Like the loving mother (of 4 daughters) she is, she shared her wisdom with me with such compassion but also in a matter of fact way that grounded me and transformed me and my views on what it means to have a healthy, well-balanced, emotionally stable, and meaningful partnership in love.

You don't want to miss this show 🔥🔥🔥
