In this episode, I break down a recent reel that I saw where Esther Perel is addressing "tiktok" diagnosis, what is problematic about how we have been viewing ourselves and mental illness, and how really the only way she believes (and I agree) that we will start to make mental health progress is by addressing our societal contributions. She also notes that healing is a collective process and I talk about my thoughts on this concept.
