Vor 33 Jahren hat Jörg mit seinem Jugendfreund die Werbeagentur zebra gegründet. Aus einer "lass mal machen"- Idee von zwei Jugendlichen in der Wendezeit ist eine der Top 30 der inhabergeführten Werbeagenturen in Deutschland mit Sitz in Chemnitz und Dresden geworden. Nebenbei ist Jörg Vorstandsmitglied des Branchenverbandes GWA - Deutschlands führende Agenturen. Er setzt sich tatkräftig für den "Ideenplanet Ost" ein, ein Zusammenschluss von Agenturen in Ostdeutschland und unterstützt die Kampagne "Miteinander für Demokratie". Mit seiner Keynote "Image im Eimer – Warum Sachsen eine neue Erzählung braucht", gehalten vor 150 Wirtschaftsvertreter:innen und Politiker:innen in Chemnitz, unterstreicht er die Ambitionen einer gesamten Wirtschaftsregion, den braunen Stempel abzulegen. Wie Unternehmen und Kreative die Demokratie unterstützen können, warum Zurückhaltung und Understatement in der Kommunikation auch ein Nachteil des Ostens sein können und wie Jörg mit Niederlagen beim Pitch umgeht.

Mit über 30 Jahren Erfahrung in der Event- und Kulturbranche bringt Simone Dake nichts mehr so leicht aus der Ruhe. Denn im Berufsalltag einer Eventmanagerin kann es ganz schön hektisch zugehen. Last-Minute-Änderungen, Wetterlaunen, Not-Catering, Brötchen schmieren im Hinterzimmer oder gestrandete Künstler:innen abholen – Simone hat schon vieles mitgemacht. Gestartet als Arbeitsbeschaffungsmaßnahme der Arbeitsagentur nach der Wiedervereinigung, hat sich Simone als Bookerin im Rockbüro bis zu ihrer eigenen Agentur hochgearbeitet. Dake Event produziert heute u. a. das Rudolstadt-Festival, Deutschlands größtes Folk-Festival und seit 3 Jahren auch unser MACHN. Simone hält mit ihrer Expertise die technische Produktion am Laufen, hat die nötige Portion Realismus und Menschenkenntnis und schafft damit die Grundlage für erfolgreiches Eventmanagement.
