And understanding the sector, like where things are heading, because a lot of customers, they have a perception of what they think about the business. And you as the new operator don't even understand it. So once you come into a business, you got to figure out your customer concentration cycle to figure out, OK, who are these customers and how are we acquiring them currently? And how can we do it even better sufficiently and not even cheaply? But how can we increase the lifetime value of the customer?
