Restart (en) hoezo ?
<p>Ik maakte met Iris van Loon, de vrouw achter de montageknoppen van mijn podcasts een lange mooie podcast.</p><p><br></p><p>Over mijn boek Restart en waarom het soms zo belangrijk is om je energie en je veerkracht wat bij te schroeven.<br>Omdat we soms het gevoel hebben va,n ' dit komt niet goed, ik red het niet' en ik je , samen met een hoop ervaringsdeskundigen de hand reik om het tOch te doen.</p><p>De moed te hebben om zelfs na een grote tegenslag, of omdat je de dingen anders wil aanpakken , opnieuw te starten of een doorstart te maken.</p><p>In dit gesprek vertel ik ook vanuit m'n hart waar bij mij het wagentje soms van de rails raakte en hoe ik de kracht en de energie vond voor mijn restart.</p>

<p>Omdat we allemaal diep vanbinnen nog onze kindversie met ons meedragen en een voorleesverhaaltje helpt om je veilig te voelen en tot rust te komen.</p><p>Een lief verhaaltje over vrolijke, blije diertjes die je recht in de armen van de slaapgoden begeleiden.</p><p>Het verhaal is een door mij voorgelezen verhaal voor jong en oud, omdat al die prikkels en indrukken van de dag in grote en kleine hoofdjes een hoop drukte kunnen veroorzaken die de slaap blijven wegjagen.</p>
