#71 朝活のリアル。マツパが神です！
<p>🌅 リクエストにお応えして、今回のテーマは「私の朝活」!</p><p>毎朝5時起き、まず歯磨きとぬるいお湯。連絡業務は全部朝にまとめて、スキンケアや身だしなみもこの時間に。娘を起こして、朝ごはん、三つ編み、保育園へ……。</p><p>おしゃれな朝活じゃなくて、ただの「朝の活動」のリアルをお話ししました(笑)</p><p>メイク時短の救世主・まつ毛パーマの話や、無理せず続けるコツも🌷</p><p><br></p><p>続けられている理由は、たぶん「頑張りすぎないこと」。疲れた日は潔く諦めて、たっぷり寝る。それでいいと思っています。</p><p>皆さんは朝、何時に起きていますか?</p><p><br></p><p>無理のない範囲でいいので、それぞれの朝のかたち、聞かせてもらえたら嬉しいです🌷</p>
