<p>皆さん、おはようございます。日本の企業の「働きがい」がG7で3位まで浮上したというニュースを見ました。在宅勤務やデジタル化で無駄が減り、働く環境が良くなったことが背景にあるようです。</p><p>しかし、一方で「上司との距離」や「仕事を楽しむ気持ち」は、まだ世界平均より低いという厳しい指摘もあります。環境が整った今、私たちは「やらされている仕事」を卒業しなければなりません。</p><p>AIに定型業務を任せられる時代だからこそ、私たち人間にしかできない「創造的な工夫」や「チームで働く楽しさ」をどれだけ創り出せるか。効率化の先にある「自分たちらしい働きがい」を、今日から一緒に追求していきましょう！</p><p>#朝礼 #社長参謀 #働きがいのある会社研究所 #GPTW #働き方改革</p>
