Der Staub im Grinder - Kief: dosieren mit Plan
<p>In unserer letzten Folge ging es um den Firecracker, das schnellste Edible der Welt: ein Keks, Erdnussbutter oder Nutella drauf, decarboxylierte Blüte obendrauf, fertig.</p><p>Danach kamen ein paar Nachfragen: Kann man statt der Blüte nicht auch Kief nehmen, also das, was sich unten im Grinder sammelt? Kann man. </p><p>Aber vorsicht! Denn die Potenz ist eine andere. Drum haben wir eure Fragen zum Anlass genommen, dem Thema Kief eine ganze Folge zu widmen.</p><p>Kief ist für uns so ein Zwischending. Es ist nicht mehr die Blüte, aber auch noch nicht das Extrakt, mit dem wir in unserer Küche in Maine seit vielen Jahren arbeiten. Firecracker: Leicht gemacht, schwierig zu dosieren
<p>Manchmal muss es in der Edibles Küche ja auch einfach schnell gehen. Und so ist wahrscheinlich auch das Rezept für Firecracker entstanden. Das ist nichts anderes als ein Cracker mit Erdnussbutter und eurem decarboxylierten Kraut obendrauf. Das Rezept ist denkbar einfach, die Dosierung hingegen problematisch.</p><p>Eine Prise obendrauf, sprinkle, sprinkle, aber wie viel ist das? Für stabile THC-Drinks braucht es mehr als Maltodextrin
<p>Du hast vielleicht schon von dem Trick gehört: Maltodextrin soll Öl in Pulver verwandeln und Drinks damit einfacher machen. </p><p>Genau das haben wir ausprobiert — mal mit weniger und mal mit mehr Maltodextrin und einmal zusätzlich mit Lecithin. </p><p>Das Ergebnis war klar: Maltodextrin kann Fett pulvrig machen, aber es ist kein Emulgator und macht THC nicht wasserlöslich. </p><p>Ein bisschen Zeit gewinnt man damit schon, nur bleibt das Getränk nicht dauerhaft stabil.
