This week, I’m sharing the 15 minute entry that won Momfessions two British Podcast Awards last week at the O2 in London, in Parenting and Health & Wellbeing.
For a self-funded maternal mental health podcast to take home these awards, up against phenomenal podcasts from platforms including the BBC, is an incredible achievement. But the recognition means something bigger: maternal mental health conversations are moving beyond clinical spaces and private motherhood chats into mainstream media, exactly where they belong.
