And she told me how when she was inside the A&E, she was asked to leave because it was so busy and asked to leave her older husband there by himself. She described there being chairs and cubicles and it being really, really busy. And they waited an extraordinary period of time to be seen. So they're really concerning around the pressures that the staff are facing in our emergency departments. And the extraordinary length of time that people are waiting. And then the high number of people, so 70,000 people in the first half of the year leaving without being seen at all. […]
