<p>My name is Dr. Bernadette Dancy, and I am a Stress Management Coach and founder of Stress Ed. specializing in lifestyle changes for stress, burnout, and mental health.&nbsp;<br><br>I've spent over 20 years studying the body and mind and if there's one thing that I have learned during this time it is that they exist in partnership BUT we as humans often see them as separate entities. There's also a prevailing 'more is more' culture in sport, health and exercise and yet this isn't always true.
