Since then I've been interested in learning more about menstrual cycles, its phases, and how we can track it moving away from the combined contraceptive pill.</p> <p>Karlien and Luna's mission as <strong>Bloody Womxm</strong> is to educate and help women reclaim their cycles, by creating programmes that share SensiPlan- a fertility awareness method as one of their core elements.</p> <p>I had the pleasure to talk to them and have some of my questions answered on this topic!
