I am a personal trainer turned life coach, fascinated by all aspects of and mysteries of being human, the mind, body and spirit alike. I created the Movement Soul Collective to connect, inspire and learn from like-minded soul- led entrepreneurs and leaders as we traverse the ups and downs of taking the off beaten path, asking life’s big questions and creating a space where you feel less alone on your own journey.
