As a homeowners we must investigate contractors who wants a down payment before the job is done, get references, never go with the cheapest price, I learned that is a top red flag if it’s not someone you know. Ask to see there driver’s license, document the make & model of the vehicle, dot down there license plate, get as much information as possible on who you are about to hire to complete work on your home or business.
