בשבועות האחרונים אני צולל תוך הנושא של הקשבה - לגורמים שמונעים מאיתנו להקשיב, לאיכויות שאנו מתחברים אליהן כאשר אנו מקשיבים, ולסיבות שבגללן אנו מתקשים להקשיב. יותר ויותר אני מבין כיצד ההקשבה היא הבסיס לכל ריפוי, לכל שינוי ולכל שגשוג בחיים. החל במערכות היחסים עם אנשים בחיינו וכלה ביכולת שלנו לתקשר, אנו צריכים ללמוד להקשיב כדי לחיות טוב יותר. אם תקשיבו לכל 30 הדקות של הפרק, תצאו ממנו (כנראה) קצת אחרת.
