MUNDFULD HAR VÆRET PÅ LEVANTIN Vi har spist middag på den nye mellemøstlige bistro på Værnedamsvej under ledsagelse af Thomas Fabricius Bachmann, én af skaberne bag Levantin og en række andre Københavnske spisesteder. Undervejs får vi den helt store intro med hummus, labneh, hjemmesylt, kulgrillet harissa grønt og hjemmebagt Simit. Derudover tatar af lam, overdådige fisk fra kulgrill, fransk inspirerede salater og libanesisk vin. Til sidst crêpes med appelsinblomst og den hårdtslående levantiske Arak. Vi snakker om inspiration fra Levanten og New York, om at vokse op i servicebranchen og om at skabe en god forretning, uden at gå på kompromis. Lyt med nu!
