In episode 2 of our Yorkshire Ripper Series, we look at the Peak of Terror in Peter Sutcliffes' reign in the 70-'s and early 80's in Northern England in the UK. We talk about just how close the police came to arresting him, and the mistakes that made them ignore the evidence and allow his spree to continue.
