<div>THE HYPODERMIC KILLER sees a nurse using a needle to destabilize patients under her care. In a bizarre twist on Munchausen Syndrome, nurse Kristen Gilbert causes heart attacks by injecting epinephrine into her patients, then tries to rescue them with a defibrillator – all the while playing footsie with her security guard lover.
