<p>Listen to episode #13 with my long time friend Mike Cruz. Mike and I go way back to his early days of playing guitar in his basement with his cousin Ricardo. He is a self taught guitar player whose early musical influences included Randy Rhoades (Ozzy), Dimebag Darrell (Pantera), David Gilmore (Pink Floyd) and Zakk Wylde (Ozzy/Black Label Society). Not only does Mike talk about his influences he busts out his guitar and plays some of their tunes! Mike has had the opportunity to meet some famous people and even played on stage with the band 30 Seconds to Mars! Oh did I mention he has helped start up a new band out in Colorado!? We get into her karaoke days of singing Patty Loveless and The Judds and how she almost became a famous karaoke fill in singer! But all of her musical passions lead her to auditioning for musicals and plays. That is her new passion since she is an empty nester now.
