La paura del silenzio.
<p>Tutti noi diciamo che amiamo il silenzio, che ci manca il silenzio, che ci fa stare bene, ecc. </p><p>Quante volte ci lamentiamo del troppo rumore e sogniamo “l’isola deserta” per stare in silenzio. Ma, in pratica, quando arriviamo in quest’isola tanto desiderata, la prima cosa che chiediamo è se c’è il WiFi per accendere lo smartphone e fare quello che facciamo anche a casa: aprire i social e scrollare i reel, notizie, ecc. </p><p>Perché è così? Secondo me, è tutto molto semplice. Abbiamo una <strong>paura tremenda</strong> di rimanere con noi stessi. </p><p>La musica può aiutare a superarla? Lo scoprirete in questo episodio.
