<p>Happy Saturday Minis✨💛 Today on this mental mini...</p> <p>Join counselor in training, Tai Dyer as she discusses different types of trauma as we discuss acute trauma, chronic trauma and complex trauma. We decided to focus this season on understanding the fundamentals of trauma. The first episode of season 3 is focused on getting a better understanding of what different events of trauma can look like. </p> <p>Discussion: Can you relate?
