She studied business administration and has over 25 years of experience in project management, marketing, controlling and office administration across various industries and well-established companies. In addition to these activities, she is connected to the African diasporic Community and to the continent as a consultant to support German companies to access the market in various African countries.</p> <p>She has excellent networks in politics, associations, businesses and companies in Germany and on the African continent. She started the initiative ‘Black Business Matters’ in Germany about 5 ½ years ago to strengthen, empower and promote people from the Black community. These events provide a unique and exciting space for people and businesses to network, discuss and take action on advancing the development of Black people in Germany. She is also a manager of a young basketball athlete and the founder of an initiative about Basketball and exchange among young people.</p>
