My Feelings With Love Trailer

<p>Hey there! This is Fady and you’re listening to My Feelings With Love, a safe space where you and I come together and share our feelings and experiences. I want this to be a space for learning how to understand your feelings better and how to share them with your loved ones because I didn’t know how to do it for so long, and I realized it was holding me back. Once I figured it out, my life was turned upside down. I learned to be more honest with myself about my experiences and therefore became more honest with others, and I learned to communicate my feelings better which in turn helped me accept them. It helped me grow and move past some experiences I never thought I’d get over.</p> <p>I also wanted to make the best of the power of storytelling through podcasts which is why I created My Feelings With Love. I’ll be welcoming guests to discuss their journeys and how they navigate love, relationships, and heartbreak. They will be sharing their stories, the lessons they learned, and the advice they wish they had been given. These conversations are meant to shine a light on this thread that links all of us, no matter where we are, through love and pain.</p> <p>I guess the whole point of this is to assure you that all our experiences are valid, and that none of us are truly alone in these moments no matter how painful or consuming they may feel. This openness and connection we can create with others is our greatest tool to grow and do better next time, because there will always be a next time.</p>
