<p>Hello!</p> <p>Hope life is treating you really well and good. I'm so happy to welcome you to the Podcast that I call 'My Inner light'.</p> <p>Recording this episode "That poor (rich) boy on the street" to share some wonderful realizations that I’ve had over a period of time. These realizations have really helped me feel grounded and have helped a great deal in connecting me with myself. I'd really like to share this with you. if you practice it, I'm quite certain, you'll see the point I intend to make.</p> <p>We all are chasing a life of outer riches (but leading ourselves to inner poverty). It's about time we become mindful. </p> <p>If you just take a moment and think, we are always joyful and at peace when connected with ourself inside. Aren’t we? it's only when the mind chatter stops, we feel that stillness and calmness that we so often want. The problem here being, all our life, we have been so used to distractions (both from the never-ending thoughts that run inside of us and in our mind and from the outside) that we seldom get those moments and opportunity of feeling that connect with self.
