Roasted Garlic Parmesan Brussel Sprouts
<p>Recipe from Tasty </p> <p>Ingredients </p> <ul> <li>2lbs brussel scouts </li> <li>olive oil</li> <li>1tsp of salts</li> <li>2tsp of pepper</li> <li>2tsp of garlic powder </li> <li>1/2 cup of bread crumbs </li> <li>1/2 cup of parmesan cheese</li> </ul> <p>Steps </p> <ol> <li>Preheat the oven to 400℉</li> <li>cut the stems off the brussel sprouts and the in halves </li> <li>Add the rest of the ingredients to the brussel sprouts in a large bowl</li> <li>mix all ingredients together </li> <li>spread out brussel sprouts on to a large baking sheet</li> <li>place in oven and bake for 20 minutes </li> <li>flip them over and then bake for another 20 minutes </li> <li>Enjoy</li> </ol>

Roasted Garlic
<p>Recipe from Simply Recipe</p> <p>https://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/roasted_garlic/</p> <p>Ingredients/ Things Needed</p> <ul> <li>Whole Heads of Garlic<br> </li> <li>Extra Virgin Olive Oil<br> </li> <li>Muffin Tin<br> </li> <li>Aluminum Foil<br> </li> </ul> <p>Steps to Take</p> <ol> <li>Preheat oven to 400℉<br> </li> <li>Peel off the outer layer of the garlic bulbs while keeping enough on so the cloves stay together<br> </li> <li>take a knife and cut a half inch off the top of the cloves<br> </li> <li>Place garlic in muffin tins<br> </li> <li>Drizzle with olive oil and rub them in so they are fully covered (if you have seasoned oil I recommend trying them out, made ours super fun)<br> </li> <li>cover the cloves in aluminum foil (giving then little hats)<br> </li> <li>Bake for 30-40 or until the cloves are lightly browned<br> </li> <li>eat warm or cool. Meatball Subs
<p>Ingredients </p> <ul> <li>Meat mixture (beef, pork, chicken) I choose beef and choose to use 2lbs</li> <li>2-3 gloves of minced garlic (I always add more because I love garlic a lot)</li> <li>1 cup of bread crumbs </li> <li>3/4 of a bag of shredded mozzarella </li> <li>1/2 cup of parmesan cheese</li> <li>1 egg per pound (since I had 2lbs of ground beef I needed 2 eggs)</li> <li>big pinch of salt</li> <li>4 shakes of pepper (I use more) </li> </ul> <p>Steps</p> <ol> <li>Preheat the oven to 350℉</li> <li>Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl</li> <li>roll into small balls or if you are like me I like to make little golf balls sized ones</li> <li>Place on a cookie sheet or baking stone for 20-25 minutes </li> <li>While this is cooking I like to heat up sauce (You can make your own sauce, use a sauce from a jar or make your own mixture)</li> <li>Once the meatballs are finished cooing place them into the sauces and let them simmer for 2hrs</li> <li>Warm up bread rolls, place meatballs on top and top with more shredded cheese</li> <li>Enjoy</li> </ol>
