Although it’s Hard You Deserve Better

Hey guys! So in today’s segment we will be talking about how much better off you’d be without those negative and degrading people in your life. I understand that having to give up on someone or a relationship you’ve tried so hard for us the most disheartening and disappointing thing to do, but I believe that you will be ok in the end. You deserve much better than someone who could care less about if their actions hurt you or not.

You’re Not Perfect and That’s Completely Fine.

Like many others I have grown up thinking that I needed to be perfect at everything I did. I would spend countless amounts of time trying to achieve things that weren’t even meant for me all for the sake of either looking better than people or to make everyone else around me proud as I slowly deteriorated on the inside. I know there is much in your lives you may want to accomplish but never compare where you are in life to where someone else is. We all get what we need when the time is right for us. Always remember that you do not need to fit a certain standard in order to be well liked or feel accomplished. They very fact that you’ve tried and continue to try is all that matters in the end. The perseverance and tenacity you showed in the face of adversity and complicated challenges is something you should always be proud of.

Mental Disorders ARENT A QUIRK

In today’s episode I’ve decided to talk about how some people are starting to see mental health disorders as a sort of trend/quirky personality trait to have. This kind of attitude is often what leads those with actual mental health disorders to have their issues be seen as invalid because they don’t fit a certain quota of what someone with that mental disorder would look like. I am in no way trying to silence people who are open about their mental problems, nor am I trying to offend anyone, this is just my personal opinion/perspective on the matter and I know not everyone will agree with me. Either way I hope you all enjoy! Thank you.
