[…] And really kind of like the concept of buying a unit block, and we've done an episode on this, especially if they're on one title, is to try and buy in bulk and buy a little bit undervalued. And so you can extract that sort of value by a sweat equity uplift or strata titling, et cetera. But what we also see is there's a second unit block type where properties or units are strata titled, and they do trade at a significant premium to the torrents title so coming up with say something like this scrambled unit strategy what it really means is that we're spreading our risk and we're getting sort of like a number of units across various markets in australia and then we're putting them together and then we're formulating a yield we're getting good diversity etc and then just trying to sort of build that snowball, that portfolio up as much as we can and let it roll down the manning and then let companion do its thing.
