<p>Welcome to the first recording of the Mythic Father Sessions. Each month we (Dads and storytellers <a href="//www.marcuspibworth.com" target="_blank">Marcus Pibworth</a> and Jappe Delva) host a free monthly online space for fathers to gather, support each other, discuss challenges and explore the journey of fatherhood, all through the lens of mythology and story. </p> <p>In these podcast versions, Jappe and I share a recording of the story from each session and then reflect on the story, why we chose it and the mythic connections to fatherhood - to be part of the discussion join us for our next Mythic Fathers session. </p> <p>For the first gathering in February 2022 Jappe shared the Egyptian story of The Black Prince, which you can listen to in this episode.
