<p>In this episode, I tell you the fantastic story of <strong>Rostam </strong>going through the final trials to rescue Keykavous.</p><p>Written by Ferdowsi, Shahnameh or The Book of Kings, took 33 years to finish, and it was completed in the early 11th century. It is a hallmark of Persian literature and culture, filled with incredible mythical stories. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>DISCLAIMER:</strong></p><ul><li>The first part of each episode is a retelling of the actual story from Shahnameh which I put my own spin on it; but this retelling only adds more atmospheric elements to the story to make it more intriguing to the listener. I do not change the original story, simply add more stage directions to it.</li><li>The parts in the episodes which are poems, are direct quotations used from the book Persian Myths and Tales by Flame Tree Publishing.
