[…] Some of the problems from the past where people were told to wait a year or six months sober or clean as people used to use. We try to avoid that word now. And I understand where that came from, but we're in a different world now when it comes to ADHD and substance use, which we're much more aggressive about for you to make a diagnosis and to subsequently treat. Yeah. Well, that's important. That's part of my next question, actually, is when you have the two together, how do you determine which condition to address first or should you do it concurrently? And let me just tell you, I really resonate with what you said, because back when I trained something like 30 years ago, the substance abuse community was, no, you have to maintain sobriety before we'll give you any psychiatric medicine or treat anything.
