Not Worthy to be Compared

In a world filled with uncertainty, heartache, and constant distractions, Elder Dustin Parks delivers an encouraging message from Romans 8 titled, “Not Worthy to be Compared.” This sermon reminds believers that no trial, burden, or suffering in this life can compare to the glory that awaits those who belong to Christ.

Drawing from Romans 8:18-39, Elder Dustin explores how the enemy works to keep people focused on fear, discouragement, bad news, and worldly concerns. Whether it’s personal struggles, family hardships, sickness, anxiety, or the pressures of everyday life, Satan seeks to distract God’s people from the promises of God and the hope found in Jesus Christ.

Through personal testimony and biblical examples, he shares how salvation transformed his perspective on life and death. Before knowing Christ, fear and uncertainty dominated his thoughts. After being born again, he discovered a peace that only God can give and the assurance that eternity with Christ awaits every believer.

The message highlights the powerful truth that believers are “saved by hope” and sustained by the Holy Spirit, who intercedes for us even when we don’t know how to pray. God remains faithful through every circumstance, working all things together for good to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.

Using examples from Scripture, including Job, Moses, Esther, David, and the Apostle Paul, Elder Dustin demonstrates that God’s people have always faced difficulties. Yet each found strength by trusting the Lord rather than their circumstances. The same God who carried them through trials continues to guide, sustain, and strengthen His children today.

The sermon also points believers toward the incredible promises of heaven found in Revelation 21:4, where God will wipe away every tear, remove all pain, eliminate sorrow, and bring His people into eternal joy and peace. The troubles of this present life are temporary, but the glory awaiting God’s children is everlasting.

Most importantly, this message challenges listeners not to allow daily circumstances to dictate their worship, faith, or confidence in God. No matter what burdens we face, nothing can separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

If you’re carrying heavy burdens, struggling with fear, or simply need a reminder of God’s promises, this message will encourage you to lift your eyes beyond present troubles and focus on the eternal hope found in Jesus Christ.

Ask and You Shall Receive

In this heartfelt message, Pastor Tommy Boring shares the powerful truth that salvation is as simple as responding to the call of God. Drawing from Luke 11:9-13, he explores Christ’s promise: “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.”

Reflecting on the overwhelming love of the Father, Pastor Tommy describes the joy and assurance that comes from knowing God personally. He reminds listeners that prayer is never wasted when directed to the living God, who hears, answers, and works in ways beyond human ability. Through the power of the Holy Spirit and the truth of God’s Word, hearts are awakened to the reality of eternity and the need for salvation.

Throughout the sermon, he shares his personal testimony of being saved as a young boy when the Holy Ghost revealed his lost condition and drew him to Christ. Salvation was not earned through good works, religious knowledge, or personal merit. It came through a simple response of faith. He asked, and God answered.

Using examples such as Zacchaeus climbing the sycamore tree to see Jesus, Pastor Tommy emphasizes that every person must make a personal decision when Christ comes calling. God does not force Himself into anyone’s life. He stands at the door and knocks, offering forgiveness, hope, peace, and eternal life to those who will open the door and receive Him.

The message serves as a reminder that salvation is available to everyone, regardless of background, age, or past mistakes. Jesus has already done everything necessary through His death, burial, and resurrection. The question is not whether God is willing to save, but whether we are willing to respond.

If God is speaking to your heart today, don’t delay. Tomorrow is not promised. The invitation remains the same: Ask and you shall receive.

The Simple Promise

A powerful reminder of both the simplicity of salvation and the urgency of sharing the gospel, Brother Victor Stefanini’s message, “The Simple Promise,” centers on the life-changing truth of Romans 10:13: “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

Drawing from personal testimony, missionary experiences, and the Word of God, Brother Victor explains how salvation is not earned through religious works, traditions, or keeping laws. While the Old Testament contained hundreds of commandments, God’s plan of salvation is available to anyone who will believe the gospel and call upon the Lord in faith. Through Jesus Christ, believers are saved from the power of sin, the penalty of sin, and one day even the presence of sin.

The message highlights the necessity of hearing and believing the gospel. Brother Victor shares how, despite growing up with religious knowledge, he did not truly understand the saving message of Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection until someone personally brought the gospel to him. That encounter changed his life forever and serves as a reminder that many people around the world, and even in our own communities, still need to hear the truth.

Using Romans 10:13-14, he emphasizes God’s heart for all people and the vital role believers play in carrying the gospel to others. From the mission field in Italy to neighborhoods across America, countless souls are waiting for someone to tell them about Jesus. The question posed throughout the message is both personal and challenging: Who is waiting for you to share the gospel with them?

This sermon encourages believers to trust God’s promise, rejoice in the simplicity of salvation, pray for revival, and faithfully proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ while there is still time.
