Hallinnon ja päätöksenteon avoimuudella lisätään kansalaisten luottamusta. Mutta oikeusvaltioperiaatteen toteutuminen, laillisesti järjestetyt vaalit ja pätevästi toimiva julkinen hallinto eivät välttämättä sellaisenaan tuotakaan kansalaisten laajaa luottamusta, vaan tämä vaihtelee kulloisenkin kulttuuriympäristön ja yksilöiden omien näkemysten vaikutuksesta. Tässä podcastissa puhutaan avoimuuden vaatimuksesta ja käytännöistä mutta hiukan myös siitä, miten ns. julkinen todellisuus muokkaa objektiivista todellisuutta. Yhteistoimintamenettely - onnistuuko yhteistoiminta ja yksimielisyys, kun laki niin määrää ja yhteistoiminta-asiamies valvoo? Yhteistoimintamenettely on ollut viime aikoina valitettavasti ollut kovassa käytössä, mutta lakia moittivat niin työnantajat kuin työntekijätkin.
