[…] What we do know is that when we look at reasonably large, reasonably well done trials that show benefits for exercise, it tends to be at least three weeks long. For nutrition, it tends to be in the one to two week range. For pulmonary prehabilitation, it tends to be in the one to two week range. So we can kind of hang our hat on that a little bit. But we don't have a very good sense of like what additional benefit do we get for every extra week? Does that plateau at a certain point? I think these are really important questions that we need to tackle and understand. But the data currently available don't give us a crystal clear answer on that. […]
