<p dir="ltr">ใครจะไปคิดว่า เช้าวันหนึ่งตื่นขึ้นมาอาจต้องพบกับเรื่องเศร้า เมื่อเพื่อนหรือคนใกล้ชิดต้องจากไปโดยมีสาเหตุมาจากเหล้าที่เพิ่งดื่มไปเมื่อคืน</p><p>การตายเฉียบพลันเพราะเมาเหล้าเกิดขึ้นได้จากความเป็นพิษของฤทธิ์แอลกอฮอล์ ผสมกับคุณภาพอวัยวะต่าง ๆ ที่เสื่อมถอยหรือมีปัญหาก็ยิ่งเป็นตัวเร่งให้อายุสั้นลงเรื่อย ๆ หลายคนที่คุยโวไปทั่วว่าคอแข็งเมายาก แค่อยากจะบอกว่าใช่ เพราะร่างกายปรับตัวได้ แต่ไม่ได้หมายถึงปรับตัวรับกับความเป็นพิษของแอลกอฮอล์ ทั้งระบบสมอง ประสาท หัวใจ หลอดเลือด ตับ ไต รวมถึงคนที่มีไขมันในหลอดเลือด ไตรกลีเซอไรด์สูง ๆ ยิ่งเสี่ยงต่อการปลุกไม่ตื่น ฟื้นอย่าได้หวัง ดื่มได้แต่พิษร้ายขนาดนั้นจริงหรือ? รายการ โรงหมอ เล่าให้ฟังค่ะ</p>

<p dir="ltr">จะทำอย่างไรเมื่อคนดูแลผู้ป่วยสูงวัย ต้องตกอยู่ในสภาวะเหนื่อย เครียด กดดัน จากการจัดการและต้องดูแลทุกอย่าง จนแทบจะป่วยเองตามไปด้วย?</p><p>นี่เป็นสภาวะที่หลาย ๆ ครอบครัวโดยเฉพาะคนที่รับหน้าที่ดูแลต้องเจอโดยเฉพาะคนสูงวัยที่ป่วยด้วยอาการ สมองเสื่อม ยิ่งเสื่อมมากเท่าไหร่การรับมือก็จะยิ่งยากขึ้นเป็นเงาตามตัว ความเหนื่อยล้า เครียดสะสม ความสุขในชีวิตที่หายไป ไม่เพียงเป็นตัวเร่งทำลายสุขภาพกาย แต่ยังส่งผลต่อสุขภาพจิตโดยตรง จะทำอย่างไรได้บ้างเพื่อให้คนดูแลผู้ป่วยสูงวัยได้ฮีลใจเรียกความสุขกลับคืนมาได้อีกหลาย ๆ ครั้ง รายการ โรงหมอ เล่าให้ฟังค่ะ</p>

<p dir="ltr">ไม่รู้จัก ไม่เคยคุยกัน ไม่เคยเจอหน้ากัน แถมยังไม่เคยร่วมงานกัน แต่ทำไมเจอกันครั้งแรกเขากลับไม่ชอบหน้า พูดจาดูถูกดูแคลน สถานการณ์แบบนี้หลายคนคงเคยเจอกันมาก่อน ทั้งเจอด้วยตัวเองหรือมีคนอื่นมาเล่าให้ฟัง</p><p>สิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นเรียกว่า อคติ จากสิ่งเร้ารอบตัวที่เข้าหา ส่วนหนึ่งมาจากการพูดกล่าวเอ่ยถึงในอีกแง่หนึ่งจากคนอื่น เราจึงตัดสินใจคล้อยตามแม้ไม่เคยปฏิสัมพันธ์กันมาก่อน กลายเป็นกับดักความคิดด้านเดียวเพียงเพราะ "เขาเล่ามาว่า" แน่นอนในสังคมก็เป็นเช่นนี้สุดท้ายหลายเรื่องทำหลายคน "เงิบ" กันไปแล้วก็หลายกรณี รายการ โรงหมอ เล่าให้ฟังค่ะ</p>
