<p dir="ltr">แม้งานจะสำเร็จลุล่วงไปได้ด้วยดี หรือมีผลตอบแทนผลประกอบการอยู่ในระดับผ่านเกณฑ์ ดี หรือดีมาก แต่บางคนกลับไม่ได้รู้สึกยินดีกับสิ่งสำเร็จที่ทำไป แต่รู้สึกเฉย ๆ ไม่ได้ยินดี มองว่าที่ทำได้เพระโชคชะตาช่วยมากกว่า แถมกลัวถูกคนอื่นจับได้ว่าตัวเองไม่ได้มีความสามารถจริง ยิ่งในยุคที่มี AI เข้ามาเป็นตัวช่วยก็ยิ่งคิดหรือรู้สึกมากไปกันใหญ่ นี่เรียกว่า "ภาวะ Imposter Syndrome"</p><p>ทำไมภาวะนี้ทำให้คน ๆ หนึ่งรู้สึกว่าตัวเองไม่ได้เก่ง (ทั้ง ๆ ที่เก่ง) หรือยินดีกับความสำเร็จ แล้วในยุคที่ AI เข้ามามีบทบาทในการทำงาน คนเหล่านี้อาจต้องเผชิญกับความรู้สึกอะไรเพิ่มขึ้น แล้วคนกลุ่มนี้ควรทำอย่างไร รายการ โรงหมอ เล่าให้ฟังค่ะ</p>
