<p>This week on the Off the CrosseBar Podcast we welcome one of the game's most brilliants minds and once of the people tasked with leading Canada Lacrosse back to the Olympics; Eddie Comeau.</p><p><br></p><p>Currently embattled with his Georgia Swarm, Comeau has a lot on his plate. First up, he's hope his charges can snag two games from Halifax on the road and advance to the NLL Finals. A task easier said than done.</p><p><br></p><p>But over the next 24 months, he will need to have some very difficult conversations trying to decide on who the best of the best are, and the ones that will wear the Red and White across the Olympic stage for the first time in over a centurty.</p><p><br></p><p>We catch up on some of the MailBag questions we've missed over the last few weeks and get you set up for what should be a wild end to the semifinals. OTCB April 17, 2026; It's Week 21!
<p>This week on the Off the CrosseBar Podcast we get set for the final weekend of action in the 2025-2026 season, and there's still so much to play for.</p><p><br></p><p>Six teams have already booked their tickets to the big dance but the final two spots will be decided by a win-or-go-home game between the Black Bears and Thunderbirds, while Vegas and San Diego will play a pivotal home-and-home series that will decide the final spot. </p><p>Colorado, Vancouver and miraculously, the big bad Buffalo Bandits are battling it out for the #1 seed, with Colorado having the easiest path to home-floor. Speaking of home-floor, Toronto, Georgia and Saskatchewan are trying to ensure they host a Quarter-Final game on their home turf.</p><p><br></p><p>We take a deep dive into the MailBag to answer all your questions and check in with the Polar Bears one last time during the regular season. </p><p><br></p><p>All that and more on this week's OTCB.</p>

OTCB April 9, 2026; Steve Priolo
<p>This week on the Off the CrosseBar Podcast we chat with the captain of the Buffalo Bandits, who went full Thanos against Vancouver, Steve Priolo.</p><p><br></p><p>In year 16, Priolo is still trying to better himself to keep up with the young kids these days. So he's found himself 23 acres of land in Ontario to live the wilderness life to the fullest. He may not be as nimble as he once was but he's still a dominant force for the Bandits. </p><p><br></p><p>Buffalo has won 6 straight and are 6-2 vs the other five teams that have clinched a play-off spot. The Bandits are playing their best lacrosse right now and Priolo has been a huge part of that as they go for the unprecedented 4-peat.</p><p><br></p><p>Week 19 didn't have too many surprises but with now just two weeks left in the regular season, every game has something to play for. Week 20 will see all 14 teams in action as we wind down the March to May in the NLL.</p><p><br></p><p>We discuss some interesting tweaks to the rules and schedule in the mailbag and check in with the Polar Bears.</p><p><br></p><p>All that and more, this week on OTCB. </p>
