[…] Is it picking the books on which books people will read? Is that what it is? You know, I love what I do. It's hard to turn that on its head and say, what are you not like so much? There are a few things that strike me, I don't know if these are the hardest, but dealing with people that don't get the effort that you've got, so we have some reps that try and sell me books that, honestly, they want to sell me a book because it's a big seller, you know, and you say, well, I actually don't care about a big seller. What we want is books that reflect our community, because I know that, like you're talking about, from a sustainable basis, if I sell 20 different books to my 20 customers, it's much more successful in selling one book 20 times, because what you're doing is you're creating a greater diversity of thought, a greater interest, and you've got a greater diversity of people coming in who will keep coming back.
