In deze aflevering heb ik een gast: Manon Engelbert van guasha therapie. In 2019 heeft Manon zowel haar trainers als Guasha therapeut diploma’s bij Human and Horse Academy behaald. Ze is sinds vorig jaar ook docent aan de academy. Naast Guasha Therapie geeft Manon ook grondwerk, werken aan de hand en longeerlessen. We gaan dieper in op de behandelmethode, wat het is, hoe gaat het in zijn werk, wat zijn de misverstanden en nog een heleboel anderen dingen! In deze aflevering ga ik dieper in op de basisbehoeftes van paarden. Ik vertel over verschillende modellen (5 vrijheden, 3F's, 6F's...). Bovendien leg ik uit waarom het zo belangrijk is dat deze behoeftes in orde zijn én vertel ik over het feit dat iedereen door andere brillen naar welzijn kijkt. Voordat ik dieper in ga op training, problemen, voeding... wou ik het zeker over dit onderwerp gehad hebben aangezien dit echt de absolute basis is. Dus ben jij benieuwd naar wat de basisbehoeftes nu zijn, waarom het belangrijk is dat deze in orde zijn, wat er kan gebeuren als dit niet zo is en nog veel meer, dan raad ik je zeker aan deze podcast te luisteren! Iets dat vaak voorkomt tijdens de training en omgang met je paard. Je wilt het zo goed doen dat het eigenlijk het tegenovergestelde effect heeft. In deze podcast ga ik dieper in op de lat te hoog leggen. Ik ga op zoek naar wat het nu precies is, welke gevolgen het heeft en hoe je het kan verminderen.
