Van neon naar zwart: waarom zichtbaarheid soms een harnas wordt
<p>Zwart in mijn kast? Dat was jarenlang verbannen. Mijn kledingkast was een grote explosie van kleur.</p><p>Zwart stond voor mij voor veilig. Onzichtbaar. En ik wilde juist gezien worden. Dus ging ik vol kleur. Fel. Neon. Pailletten. Alles.</p><p>Tot ik ergens onderweg ontdekte dat je jezelf ook kunt verschuilen in het volle licht.</p><p>In deze aflevering vertel ik waarom ik later tóch voorzichtig weer zwart aantrok. <br>Niet omdat ik terug wilde naar mijn brave dagvoorzitterstijd.<br>Maar omdat ik dichterbij wilde komen:</p><p>Bij mezelf.<br>Bij zachtheid.<br>Bij niet hoeven overschreeuwen.</p><p>Het gaat trouwens niet alleen over kleur.<br>Maar over zichtbaarheid. Bescherming.<br>En wanneer iets dat ooit bevrijdend was, een harnas wordt.</p>

<p>Mensen hebben vaak een vooroordeel over humor in presenteren.</p><p>Ze denken: óf je bent grappig, óf je bent het niet.</p><p>Maar humor is óók een skill.<br>En vaak begint het niet met “grappig doen”, maar met iets durven delen dat absurd was.</p><p><br></p><p>In mijn nieuwste podcast vertel ik over mijn liefde voor humor, maar ook over mijn valkuil: dat humor een schild kan zijn.
